Fee Refund Policy for 2207491 Ontario Inc (DBA GES College of Information Technology) 

•  Tuition fees are due before or on the program start date. To be considered for a refund of tuition fees, a student must submit to the college a written notice of withdrawal that gives sufficient reason for withdrawing from the program. Registration fee and material fee are non refundable.

• The College will return 100% of the tuition fees paid if written notice of withdrawal is received on or before the program start date.

   

   

   

   

   

• The College will return 100% of the tuition fees paid if the colleges cancel the course under circumstances that is beyond the control of the college.

   

   

   

   

   

• If a student withdraws on health reasons, up to 50% of the incomplete portion of the course may be refunded, at the discretion of the college administrator. The student must provide doctor's written notice within reasonable time from the date of last attendance.

   

   

   

   

   

• If a student withdraws on relocation reason, up to 50% of the incomplete portion of the course may be refunded, at the discretion of the college administrator. The student must provide documentary evidence that the new residence is not in the commuting zone of the college within reasonable time from the date of last attendance.

   

   

   

   

   

• There would be no refund to a course that a student has taken a complete session, or after the course has started for three days.

   

   

   

   

   

• There would be absolutely no refund for other reason of abandoning the courses 

   

Course Repeat Policy

Student can repeat the classes within 6 months after completion of the course.However they have to give us a prior information about the topics they wish to repeat. The request would be reviewed by the management and a permission note would be issued by email that they can continue with the classes.

Non –vocational Programming Criteria  for 2207491 Ontario Inc (DBA GES College of Information Technology)

•  All Non-Vocational Programs are not designed for the entry level jobs but the applicants who already have experience in a related vocation and are offered for the purpose of upgrading or updating qualifications.
•  After the completion of the course applicant is eligible to the write professional development or certification exams.
• The Program entry requirements are identified on the course outline. Students must meet necessary entry/pre-requisite requirements prior to beginning Non-Vocational program.
• The minimum age is 18 years and shall qualify to write the certification as per the eligibility criteria of the conducting board.
•  After the completion of the Non-Vocational Program applicant is eligible to the write professional development exams according to the conducting body criteria.   

   

   

   

 STUDENT'S CERTIFICATION AND CONSENT

I promise to pay to the GES College of Information Technology the total of all instalment amounts plus HST before the due dates stated in the Participant's PaymenPlan section of this form. Payments may be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. I understand future instalments may be adjusted due to changes in student class schedules. I understand any delinquent payments are subject to additional late pay charges of $25 per late payment occurrence. I understand failure to pay any outstanding balances by due dates could result in my account being placed with an outside collections agency. I understand that those are terms and conditions of this agreement and I agree to be bound by them.
